Centre Manager

Available in  Hanoi    Jakarta  

Job Scope:

This position involves handling sales, operations, clients management, accounting and human resources

  • Handle new enquiries – follow-up – execution of sales
  • Identify areas for more service revenue
  • Conduct renewals / expansion of current clients
  • Manage online marketing / monitor effective key words
  • Regular contact with brokers
  • Locate areas for marketing exposure
  • Management of day-to-day operations
  • Supervise Front Desk’s work on new clients’ move-in / clients’ check out
  • Ensure all charges are appropriately entered
  • Check and approve weekly POs
  • Ensure cleanliness of the center

Job Specifications:

  • College Graduate, preferably in business
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with sales, preferably in service/hospitality industry (serviced office/business centre experience with international exposure preferred)
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
  • Excellent communication skills, English
