Operations Manager

Job Scope:

This position involves handling operations, clients management, and team management

  • Identify areas for more service revenue
  • Management of day-to-day operations
  • Supervise Front Desk’s work on new clients’ move-in / clients’ check out
  • Ensure all charges are appropriately entered
  • Check and approve weekly POs
  • Ensure 5-star standard of the center

Job Specifications:

  • College Graduate, preferably in business
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with operations and customer service management , preferably in service/hospitality industry(serviced office/business centre experience with international exposure preferred)
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
  • Excellent communication skills, English
